The service
Fanframe.AI is a fan-made portrait generator. You upload a photo of yourself, choose a template, and we produce a styled portrait in your chosen nation's colours. This is an unofficial fan product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any official football organisation. No real player images, official kits, federation crests, or sponsor logos are used anywhere on this site.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. You must be at least 18 years old (or have the permission of a parent or guardian) to make a purchase. By completing a checkout you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Payment and refunds
Each purchase is $2.99 and gives you three portrait generations. The service is delivered digitally and the generation process starts immediately after payment. For that reason we do not offer refunds once generation has begun. If a failure on our side means your portrait was not delivered, contact us at fanframelive@gmail.com and we will make it right.
Your photo
By uploading a photo you confirm it is a photo of yourself and you consent to it being used once to generate your portrait. You must not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent. We will not use your photo for any purpose beyond producing your portrait, and we delete it within 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Prohibited uses
You may not use this service to:
- Upload photos of people without their consent
- Generate content intended to deceive, harass, or defame any person
- Attempt to bypass payment or circumvent usage limits
- Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the service
- Use the service if you are under 13 years of age
Your portraits
You own the portraits we generate for you and may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing on social media. You may not sell them or use them in commercial advertising without written permission from us. All template artwork is original and created for this service.
Our intellectual property
All template designs, graphics, and artwork on this site are original work belonging to Fanframe.AI. Nothing on this site may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission. Your purchase gives you a licence to use your generated portraits for personal purposes only.
Limitation of liability
Fanframe.AI is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
Availability
The site runs on Vercel and we keep it up as reliably as we can. It may go down occasionally for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control. We may change or shut the service down at any point. If you have an active, paid session when downtime occurs, contact us and we will sort it out.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
