Refund Policy

Digital product. No refunds.

Fanframe.AI sells a digital product. When you complete a checkout, portrait generation begins immediately using the photo you uploaded. Because the service is delivered digitally and consumed at the point of purchase, we do not offer refunds once the generation process has started.

What you get

Each $2.99 purchase gives you three portrait generations. You can choose a different template for each generation. All three portraits are yours to keep and download at full resolution. Your access to the portraits remains available for 24 hours after generation, after which the files are automatically deleted from our servers.

When we will make it right

We stand behind our service. If any of the following happen, contact us and we will either regenerate your portraits at no extra cost or issue a full refund:

  • Payment was taken but the generation page never loaded
  • A technical error on our side produced no portrait at all
  • You were charged more than once for a single checkout

Photo quality

Portrait quality depends on the photo you submit. We provide a free face check before you reach the payment step to flag photos that are likely to produce a poor result. If your photo passes the check but you are unhappy with the style of your portrait, this is not covered by a refund. You have three generation attempts per checkout to try different templates or re-submit a better photo.

How to request help

Email fanframelive@gmail.com with your order reference and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days. Disputes are handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
